Et je me souviens d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode ou tous les samedis, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement, la t\u00eate gonfl\u00e9e, incapable de faire quoi que ce soit.<br \/>\nTendus sur l&rsquo;objectif : aller le plus loin, le plus haut possible&#8230;<br \/>\nGagner du temps, faire \u00a0\u00bb le plus vite possible \u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nCes modalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;action m\u00e8nent facilement \u00e0 la crispation. Crispation qui r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, et finit par t\u00e9taniser le muscle. Le cerveau est diff\u00e9rent&#8230; et pourtant : sourcils fronc\u00e9s, pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s, la charge de choses \u00e0 faire m\u00e8ne vite \u00e0 une action tendue, sans moment de rel\u00e2che.
